Wonderful small town pizza place! The staff was super friendly. The owner was there and he was very nice. All around lovely place, even if you're just jumping off the highway.

We ordered Pizza and spaghetti diner last night , both were excellent, hot, and got out to the hotel at the country Inn in 35 minutes

In and out/no waiting/ready on time.

As I sit here eating the best calzone i've ever had (I've had a lot, if saw me, you'd agree) I can't help but keep noticing things i'm impressed with. From the minute you walk in from the town square you find yourself in an environment that feels like moms kitchen again. Then the owner is by far the best owneroperator i've ever seen. Coming to check on every customer which it seems he is on first name basis with. Talking about their lives, their orders, his way of preparing very even down to the sourcing of the supplies for the sauce. Jim's is second to none in this area. I will be back and I hope to bring more people with me next time!

Lots of tables and menu pretty big but not to the point of quality control issues.Got a meatball sub to go. Service was quick. Sub had plenty of meat and bread was a good quality. All I can say with this quick visit.Will go back.

Was expecting better pizza for the price, an 11 inch pizza 2 toppings and a coke for 13.95, the pizza was good and I had no problem finishing it, I just expected more because I have had similar pizzas at many other places and they were typically under $10 for the exact same order and this did not stand out from the rest of them. Other than that, the staff was polite and friendly and the place was clean and spacious. I most likely won't return for pizza, but I will be going back to try the pasta.

First off all the pizza is amazing! But the reason I'm writing the review is because of the service. We were staying at a nearby hotel and after reading other reviews decided to try this place out. We asked for plates, napkins, salt, and parmesean and the driver went out of his way to make sure we got everything. When our food was delivered we were missing a couple 2 liters(weren't charged). The delivery driver went back immediately and brought it to us within about 10 minutes. The pizza was so good we decided to get it again the very next day to eat on the trip home. When I went in to pick it up every employee I encountered was polite and seemed to genuinely enjoy being at work. Thanks for such a great experience both times! We'll be coming back soon and when we do I know the first place we'll be ordering from.

The pizza was fantastic!!! The staff was friendly and the owner even came out and chatted for awhile. If and when we come back through the area we’ll stop and eat here!

Great pizza, just wish they had normal operating wait staff. Not fond of ordering at the counter fast food style, then someone bringing things out. Didn't have one particular waiter so nobody seemed to know exactly what was going on. Would have been better if the drinks were self serve. But I'd go back again just for the great pizza

Awesome dinner at Jim’s tonight. He treated to the house special spaghetti and we bought a jar of their homemade sauce to take home. Pizza was delicious...perfect crust thickness. Fantastic service with the personal feel of a small town business. Well done, Jim!!

While visiting from Grand Rapids Michigan, we decided to stop by and check out the local pizza. Wow was I not disappointed! I probably had the best calzone ever! I can’t recall any other place that had such great tasting Buffalo wings calzone! Staff is super friendly and very attentive to your table. Would dine in again every time I’m in the area.

You can't beat the amazing service, but you could easily beat the prices. This particular pizza place is quite pricey for what it is. Their signature "smitty sub" has stayed the same price but has gotten considerably smaller over the years. As a local, we eat here maybe 2xs a year because a meal for 2 adults and a small child is on average $45.

Found this place while on a roadtrip late one night. They close at 10:45pm. We made it there at 10:15pm and had great service and great pizza. Clean place. Good vibes. Fast pizza. Order and pay first. They will still come around and clear your table.

They got the details right on the chicken bacon ranch pizza. Bacon was crispy. Cheese, spice, and everything was A+. The dough was tender and flavorful, but not doughy. I will be back.

Environment is family oriented with a classy twist. Pizza is usually amazing, however it gets a little shakey when they are busy. Otherwise I do recommend trying this establishment.

First time here, and I will absolutely come back if I'm nearby in the future. Drove in for Cedar Point from Pittsburgh and stopped here for a late dinner. Beautiful indoor dining area, extremely clean, and the staff are the friendliest people I've met in food service in a LONG time. I highly recommend it if you're looking for authentic high class pizzas and calzones. Stunningly delicious! Thank you for such a pleasant experience!!!

Always great counter and table service. Every time you walk in Jim is here to greet you and ask how you are doing.The food comes out hot and quick. Perfect lunch spotIt's a comfortable atmosphere where locals gather and enjoy excellent quality meals.Highly recommend a stop in for a quick bite!

First time ordering..garlic bread was awesome..the mushroom extra cheese pizza not so good..the crust was wet and soggy when we tried to pick it up it fell apart..so I put in oven trying to fix still a big wet mess.not sure what went wrong but ended up not eating

Love this local pizza shop. We always stop here everytime we are in the area. Wish we had one of these at home. The owner walks around talking to the customers are clearly loves what he does.

Years ago before this place had the big fire it was pretty good. I left the area for years but I moved back. Surprised how nice it's been remodeled. But the pizza I ordered, well let's say I think the box would have tested better. The toppings were skimpy, the crust was hard , and it just didn't taste good. Luckily my dog didn't mind too much, she ate it. So it wasn't a total waist. I was very disappointed and probably won't come back. This may not happen often or they couldn't still be in business. BUT THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN AT ALL .

Was in town from Erie PA for Street Outlaws. We were all really hungry from a long day and ordered delivery from Jim's Pizza Box to our hotel. Fantastic pizza!! Sauce, lots of cheese, crispy crust, fresh and hot- all on point!! Our food arrived to our hotel room in less than 20 minutes and all for a great price! We were all beyond happy! Great Experience!!!

Will not ever visit there again the last pizza we got from them the crust was burnt and they still sent it out the door do not recommend for anybody to go there

Good soup, I tried the potato bacon soup tonight. Pizza, Calzones, Cinci chili, it was all very good, as usual. Prices are reasonable, and Jim and his staff are always do friendly!
